We are proud to announce that we have acted as project legal counsel for the “Signature Residency” REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) Scheme established by Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, being the first ever REIT to be set up under the new REIT Regulations 2022, marking a LANDMARK achievement for the entire sector.
Due to the efforts and incredible speed of our team, we were able to successfully close the REIT within just ONE MONTH of our engagement, with the transfer deeds signed earlier this week.
