A&Q has been engaged by two banks for bilateral restructuring of liabilities of a poultry and ruminant feed company, for an aggregate amount of PKR 600M.
The restructuring involves sponsor support commitment as well as a comprehensive collection account and distribution mechanism across all the R/R lenders.
