On 11 September 2023, a leading commercial bank engaged A&Q for the extension of a PKR 5 billion finance facility to the national airline to bridge its urgent operational funding requirements.
The facility is secured by a letter of comfort of the Government of Pakistan which will be converted into a guarantee after disbursement of the facility.
