A leading Islamic bank has engaged A&Q for a PKR 650M shariah compliant musharaka facility that it plans to extend to a developmental REIT Scheme for the purpose of construction of the grey structure of three residential & commercial towers.
As part of its scope, A&Q is conducting a comprehensive due diligence of the REIT which includes a detailed analysis of its constitutive documents as well as its immovable properties.
