On 25 September (Yesterday) a leading bank engaged A&Q as legal counsel for restructuring of a PKR 1.4 billion term finance facility that it had extended to a developmental REIT set up on the direct investment structure.
The REIT involves the construction and sale of residential and commercial towers in Karachi.
