We are pleased to announce that we represented The Bank of Punjab in its recovery suit against Hascol Petroleum Limited before the Honourable Sindh High Court and have successfully obtained a decree today in BOP’s favour for an amount exceeding PKR 2 billion, marking the FIRST EVER DECREE obtained by any bank or financial institution in the biggest default case in Pakistan’s history.
