Arbaz Khan leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Ahmed & Qazi with overall responsibility for the firm’s court portfolio, including team supervision and case allocation.
Mr. Khan advises and represents financial institutions and corporates in complex commercial, banking and regulatory disputes, with particular experience in contractual disputes, security enforcement and shareholder disputes.
He works closely with the firm’s Corporate practice to deliver best coordinated services for dispute resolution.
