Today, with A&Q as counsel, a syndicate of three (3) lenders have closed a PKR 2.3 billion facility to a leading NBMFC. The facility involved an initial disbursement of PKR 1 billion with an additional accordion feature of PKR 1.3 billion. A&Q team for the facility was led by Nazif Ahmed (Head — Corporate) with the accordion feature aspect handled by Altan Ahmed (Senior Associate).
