Ahmed & Qazi is pleased to announce that it acted as the financiers’ counsel in a multibillion leveraged #buyout by HBL Asset Management Limited of Marina View Tower, a G+23 high rise located in the commercial hub of Clifton.
With the transaction successfully closed, this marks a major institutional #acquisition in the real estate space.
