A&Q filed, argued and has succeeded in persuading Honourable IHC to allow Geo Entertainment to recommence broadcasting of it’s popular drama serial “Hadsa”.
Earlier, the broadcasting regulator, PEMRA, without giving any right of hearing, had placed a ban on the broadcasting of the serial “Hadsa”.
The matter was argued before the Court by Bahzad Haider, Advocate Supreme Court.
