Ahmed & Qazi is pleased to announce that it has successfully acted as legal counsel in the establishment of the Pakistan REIT Association, the first and only association to represent the REIT industry in Pakistan.
A&Q represented over half of all RMCs in Pakistan in this engagement.
After over a year of efforts, this association marks a landmark milestone for Pakistan’s developing REIT industry and will enable further growth and reforms in this area.
