Since March, Ahmed & Qazi has been representing PIA Holding Company Limited as borrower’s counsel in its PKR 268 billion debt restructuring with over 20 banks and financial institutions. The debt includes: (A) PKR-denominated conventional facilities, Islamic facilities and sukuk issue(s), and (B) USD-denominated term facilities.
