Representing NBP, upon the approval of the deal by the Honorable SHC today, A&Q has successfully closed a major restructuring of PKR 1.3 billion liabilities of Pak Ethanol Private Limited, an Omni Group company.
The transaction required a number of complex and challenging legal areas to be covered.
In order to safeguard NBP’s interest, the entire transaction was directly handled by Nadeem Ahmed (Senior Counsel) who was assisted by various lawyers from the corporate and litigation sections.
