Representing SBL, after the approval of the deal by the Honorable SHC, A&Q has successfully closed a major restructuring of PKR 4.3 billion liabilities of Tando Allayar Sugar Mills Limited, an Omni Group company.
The transaction required a number of complex and challenging legal areas to be covered.
In order to safeguard SBL’s interest, the entire transaction was directly handled by Nadeem Ahmed (Senior Counsel) who was assisted by various lawyers from the corporate and litigation sections.
